Shipping

Free shipping within the United States.

Every VoltariTek Labs order ships free anywhere in the US. No order minimum, no shipping surcharges, no surprise fees at checkout.

We print and pack orders in our Oregon shop. Standard handling time is 3 to 5 business days from when you order to when the package leaves our shop. Once shipped, transit typically runs 2 to 7 business days via USPS or UPS Ground depending on your address.

So most orders arrive within 5 to 12 business days of when you place them. We send tracking by email the moment your label ships.

Custom orders ship in the same 3-to-5-day window. Print queue is first-in, first-out.

Returns and refunds

30 days to change your mind on standard packs.

If a stock label pack isn't right for your shop, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

How to start a return:

1. Email hello@voltaritek.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We'll reply within one business day with the return address.
3. Pack the labels in their original condition (unused, magnets intact) and ship them back. You cover the return shipping cost. Any trackable mail service is fine.
4. Once we receive the return and confirm condition, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Your bank may take another 2 to 7 days to post it.

What we don't refund:

• Original shipping cost (it was free, so nothing to refund there).
• Return shipping cost (that's on you).
• Labels that have been mounted, scratched, or had the magnets removed.

If your label is defective or arrived damaged, do not start a return. See the Hold Guarantee section below: we replace defective labels free, no return shipping needed.

Custom orders

Custom orders are final sale.

Personalized labels are 3D-printed to your exact text on demand, so we can't restock or resell them. Custom orders cannot be returned for change of mind, wrong text typed at checkout, or buyer's remorse.

The exception: if we printed the wrong text on our end (we made a typo, mis-printed your order), or the label arrived damaged or defective, that's on us. Email hello@voltaritek.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll reprint and reship at no charge.

Before you submit a custom order, the checkout flow asks you to verify the spelling of every label. Please read it carefully: that's your last chance to catch a typo.

1-Year Hold Guarantee

If a label fails, we replace it. Free.

Every VoltariTek label (standard pack or custom) is covered by a 12-month Hold Guarantee starting the day it arrives.

If, within one year, a magnet pops out, a label cracks during normal use, or the magnet hold fails on a clean steel surface, we'll send you a free replacement. No return shipping. No restocking fee. No support tickets.

How to claim:

1. Email hello@voltaritek.com with your order number and a photo of the defect.
2. We'll confirm and ship a replacement within 3 to 5 business days. The original label is yours to keep, recycle, or toss.

The guarantee covers normal shop use. It does not cover labels that have been left in direct outdoor sun for months, run through a parts washer, attached to a non-ferrous surface, or otherwise abused outside the conditions the labels were built for (PLA is non-toxic and shop-tough but not a substitute for outdoor-grade ABS).

International orders

US shipping only at the moment.

We currently only ship within the United States. We're a small Oregon shop and don't yet have a streamlined customs and tax workflow for international orders.

If you're outside the US and want a pack, email hello@voltaritek.com with your country and the pack(s) you want. We'll quote shipping and duties on a case-by-case basis. We can ship to Canada and most of Western Europe for a flat international shipping fee plus any customs duties charged at delivery (those are on you).
